2. Accommodation & Booking

Room allotments are subject to availability. The hostel management reserves the right to change room assignments if deemed necessary for operational reasons. A security deposit must be paid before moving in.

3. Code of Conduct

• Residents must behave respectfully towards staff and fellow residents.
• Alcohol, illegal drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the responsible resident.

4. Fees and Payments

Hostel fees must be paid in advance by the stipulated due dates. Late payments may attract penalties. Security deposits will be refunded upon vacating the room, provided there is no damage or outstanding dues.

5. Termination of Stay

The management reserves the right to terminate a resident's stay without prior notice in cases of severe misconduct, non-payment of fees, or violation of the House Rules.

6. Liability

Culture Hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Residents are advised to keep their valuables secure.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page.
